"The best definition of value I have ever heard is “the difference between you you thought you were getting and what you got” this sadly was a very wide gap. "Good communication in advance of arrival, though more clarity on parking may have helped. Unit next to ours had a very loud barking dog which woke us up on a Sunday at 7am unfortunately… and triggered our dog to bark. The walls are quite thin for noise to travel in/out. Aside from that, it was a really great studio with all one would need! It is on a working farm but whilst that means potential activity outside the door, it also means great green-space and farm animals to enjoy as well!!"

"This is not the Ritz - but there are some really good points - it's lovely and quiet - so a good sleep was easy. Take your own towels - ones provided were not great - I would also say take your own bedding. One major for a couple is the double is on a mezz and the toilet is down stairs - this didn't effect me as I was on my own so slept in the single room downstairs. Owner is lovely - and my stay in Sherborne very nice. Lovely place."

It was in ideal location for visiting Dorset with day trips easily accessible; Lulworth Cove, Chesil Beach, Poole, Dorchester, Swanage and Corfe Castle to name a few. Lots of National Trust properties to visit too - particularly for Thomas Hardy and TE Lawrence. "This lovely little studio is clean and very well equipped with all that is needed. The property owners left us a little Easter treat which was a lovely, unexpected touch that made us smile. Location is very nice giving the properly great views. Ample parking space, however joining the main road from the property can be a bit difficult due to it being on a blind bend. We had no issues pulling out onto the road during our stay, just have to be careful. Highly recommended this studio. "
