"While the room was pretty small, the common areas more than made up for the right space. Having cold and hot water as well as sparkling water on tap was a big bonus. Coffee maker was excellent and the shared microwave was good. We spend more time out of the room than inside and it was just right."

"I had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and made for a very pleasant visit. The breakfast was especially impressive, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. A special thank you to Muskan for her kindness, professionalism, and attentive service. "Not a nice hotel. They don’t put a fitted sheet on the bed so you’re only on a flat sheet that ends where your pillows start so you get a great view of a yellowing mattress. The staff are also quite rude and unhelpful. The location is fine. Would not stay again."

"This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms are like prison cells. My room had urine on the floor, dirty towels and an unmade bed. There is not even a chair in the room, no services provided, one roll of toiletpaper for four days, the only vending machine that worked when I arrived was a condom vending machine - no water available, no food. Everyroom in the hotel has no windows. Scores of other patrons were devastated upon seeing the rooms on their arrival. This hotel...

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"Excellent location, rooms are clean the only blot was we waited an age for drinks from the bar once we ordered over 15 mins for simple drink. It wasn’t even that busy. Others around us were equally getting frustrated."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked well for which we were grateful as there was a heat wave the last day we were there. The staff was very polite and helpful. We truly felt taken care of. The bar - the food was very good. Only thing - there were four pillows on the king bed. We both needed two were needed as they were thin and flattened out. If you like a thicker pillow as for an extra one."

"The hotel rooms are now somewhat dated especially the bathroom and there are works in progress within the main building lobby. The breakfast was good value and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a major plus not being charged for car parking."

Das Frühstücksbuffet war für ein Stadthotel sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Standard Doppelzimmer. Hier müsste man mal wieder etwas investieren. Die Badezimmertür konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Das Emaille der Badewanne war schon ganz abgewetzt und sah daher unsauber aus. Die Familienzimmer im 11 Stock sahen besser aus. Aber alles in allem ist das...
