"The common areas were nice and well maintained, and the location is excellent. However, the room itself was very outdated. The furniture was old, the carpet was stained, dirty, and had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the room felt worn and in need of renovation. There were also not enough convenient outlets or charging options for electronic devices. While the common areas appear modern, the guest rooms are far too old and need significant updating."

"The hotel is extremely modern and clean, and aside from a few technical issues with the ID card, the access gates and doors are easy to use. Pods are well air-conditioned, clean, and comfortable. The communal bathroom is extremely clean."

"It was really unfortunate that there had been a heat wave which killed the aircon for a lot of rooms - mine included. So hot and uncomfortable without it but I realise that this is possibly not the norm for the hotel. Staff of course were powerless. Front of house staff (doorman) was a little rude to us on arrival which surprised me. Other staff were lovely. No water in room. No bathroom amenities other than a shower cap. "This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."

"Don’t waste your time booking this establishment. No air conditioning. No mini fridge. Quaint old hotel but needs to be brought up to date. It did have a lift. I assume it had AC because the suites had AC but that was not the room we were staying ."
