"Great location to easily walk to all the area attractions, historic sites and shopping. Family room is a cool design but tight for a family of 4 with luggage. Glass shower and bathroom needs be more private for a family space, other than that we really enjoyed our stay!"

"This was an amazing stay. We were here for almost 3 weeks and never was there a point that I thought we weren’t taken care of. It was easy to do the laundry which was very accessible, the staff were quite responsive if we needed anything and it was such an amazing property - both in terms of the location and the stay itself. I will definitely be back!"

"Pods were small but enough room to fit small luggage in and perfectly comfortable for sleeping and the aircon was very effective. The bathrooms seemed like they were regularly cleaned and there was always a dry shower cubicle available when I needed one. Having the area downstairs to sit and relax was nice and freely available ice cold water was great on a really hot weekend. The QR codes for access were a bit temperamental and sometimes took a few tries but that was the only minor issue."

"The hotel was perfectly located for the Hammersmith Odeon,the room was clean but a little tired, the bed was very comfortable,parking was awesome situated underneath the hotel I didn't have any time to use the amenities or have breakfast in the morning. The stand out for me was the staff, everyone I interacted with were delightful and couldn't have been more helpful, I would stay here again purely for the staff wonderfully trained and just the right amount of interaction with me without that...

"The hotel location and staff were great. My only complaint is the furniture, especially the bed mattress and sleeper sofa were in bad condition and needed upgrading."

"Great location. Convenient access to three different underground stations. Right in the theater district, and close to covent garden, which was a cool place to grab a beer and watch some buskers. Walking distance to all the obvious tourist spots: West Minster Abbey, Big Ben, London Tower, etc. Right by the river. I would stay here again."

"The room was very expensive, very well located but very small (no room to put the suitcase and I was single). The window blinds was stuck and the room door can hardly be open from inside the room (I called the desk and showed the employee the tricky way I found how to open it)."

Staff was lovely, friendly and the breakfast was great! If you’ve never travelled to the UL before just keep in mind they are small rooms, but they’re great place to get sorted"
