Unfortunately we had an issue with the air conditioner in our room (was unlucky this was during a heatwave) but it was able to be fixed enough for it to work, unfortunately it was still making weird noises during our stay. Brought it up during check out, and was told they’d get it looked at again, so it shouldn’t be a problem anymore. As for the room was very nice and cleaned well every day of our stay. "This looks a grand hotel, the arrival departure whilst busy was fine, staff throughout are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was plentiful, restaurants fine one night I dined in. Service is great, loved spa treatments so much, would love to give it 5 stars for the staff and service but it’s still seemingly going through an upgrade. It just feels a bit dated in parts, marks and lumps missing on walls, old decor etc."

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"
