"The hotel could do with some updating especially in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. Pity you cannot open the windows as the rooms get a little stuffy but I assume it is a health and safety issue. "I always stay here when I come to London on business. The location can't be beat - near tube, walk to theatre and National Gallery. The hotel's staff are very accomodating, especially Mathew, who was very friendly and efficient. "Stayed here a number of times, mainly due to convenience and location but we always have a good stay. Rooms are comfy and clean and cold bottled water always available along with free tea and coffee machine. Bottle of wine left in to for our birthday treat too made a lovely finishing touch.
