"We had a wonderful experience at the black rock lodge, the staff is amazing and you can feel how passionate they are about their work. The Tikal visit is a must. We had an amazing day on site with our guide Noel, we learnt so much about Mayan history and jungle fauna. We did also the hike to the summit and the night walk with the guide. Both great. "I had a great time room was beautiful, plunge pool was mainly hot due to the sun felt like a hot tub which im not complaining about. The misuse was amazing I highly recommend getting a massage from her a great experience. Only thing I'd give 2 stars was the food it was alight, definitely could have been better. "The property was gorgeous and very clean. The outdoor pool with a jungle view was breathtaking. Plenty of space and everything was very modern. Their chef makes a delicious breakfast and everything is fresh. The assistant manager Tiffani was truly amazing she helped with everything from beginning to end.
