"Bel hôtel, la suite familiale est spacieuse et bien pensée. Même juste en face de l'ascenseur, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. Seul bémol, le réceptionniste qui nous a informés à notre arrivée que l’accès à la piscine coûtait 10€ par adulte alors que le site de l'hôtel indiquait clairement que c’était gratuit... Lorsque que nous nous sommes rendus à la piscine pour vérifier qu’elle valait effectivement 10€ par personne, nous nous sommes rendus compte que l’accès était libre....

I’m not sure how they got the key to a door you need a key card to open it, but somehow they got into my room and six other rooms and took very valuable belongings. When asked the staff to review their cameras, they said we would have to make a police report, which makes no sense because it’s their establishment.
