"The staff couldn t do enough to help ,and very knowlege of area ,the rooms were spotless ,the breakfast was excellent both in choice and length of time .well placed for trams and city center .plenty of pubs etc in area but also good botel bar"

"The staff were efficient, very friendly and very helpful. The room and ensuite were quite small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was okay but not high pressured. Unfortunately there was no kettle and no tea and coffee supplies in the room. Sadly missed. Also there were no information leaflets in the room eg. meal times, menus, facilities available etc."
