New, clean, quiet hotel. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Loved the environmental efforts the hotel made, especially real dishes and utensils in the breakfast area. The area is new and there’s still a lot of construction but it will be a good shopping and dining area when finished. We heard no construction noise.

The hotel staff was excellent from start to finish. My room was spotless, the whole property is extremely well-maintained. The hotel sits in an area adjacent to a spotless outdoor shopping plaza with good food options steps away including a Trader Joe’s.

Our stay at the Hyatt was pretty pleasant. Perfect location and walkable to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, they were doing construction and the noise every morning woke us up and was very loud and annoying. If construction was not going on, I would have rated my stay 5 stars.

A Place to Stay at Again!
Hyatt Place is a very nice hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. I would stay there again. My only complaint is the heating unit was extremely loud. If you stay, request to not have room 630, unless they've attended to the heating unit. The fact that the heating unit was noisy is the only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating.

A mother and young son put in an adjacent room to other occupants. Sharing a door to both rooms. Requested to be moved which was accommodated, also smelled of stale smoke and hairs in sink.

Short stay to visit nearby family.
We came to stay while visiting family for the holidays. It was convenient, and well suited to our need. However we requested a handicapped accessible bathroom when making our reservation. We arrived, our room was ready, but there was no walk-in shower, and no grab bars near the toilet. We were in a rush, so accepted the room with no protest. But if we come again we’ll check the room before accepting it.

We booked the hotel because it has swimming pool, but when we arrived there was no swimming pool ( closed for maintenance). We( my kids) were so disappointed.

The elevators had horrible sounds that made you think they were going to break. Our sheets and pillows were very uncomfortable. The toilet made a horrendous sound after every flush lasting several minutes. The smell is our room was almost unbearable. Too strong of air freshener.

Lovely hotel with the friendliest housekeeping staff. The front desk staff however leaves a lot to be desired. Never said “hello”, if we asked for something it was as though we were bothering them, particularly the lady on the night shift. Just not very pleasant and when that is your 1st and last impression….no bueno! Also, wish the lobby had complimentary coffee later in the day.
