"Room/building was clean and modern. Parking wasn't sufficient for a full hotel. Breakfast was fine - fairly typical hotel buffet. Bad experience checking in. Due to short cleaning staff and some issues with a large number of guests leaving at the same time, rooms weren't ready at 3pm checking. The lobby and restaurant was full of people waiting for their rooms to be ready. Other than that, all was good. Within walking distance to Colonial Arena."

"Ive traveled alot and this was one of the nicer property's Ive been too in a while. The staff was so friendly, the room was very nice (with separate comode area) and the breakfast was great! I dont eat pork so I appreciate the alternatives along with a full oatmeal and cereal bar! I did notice that the pool area was small and indoors. The property was within 10-15 mins walking to lots of food/bars and the Colonial Life Stadium."

"I thought the staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms are updated but the ceiling was pealing old paint the toilet ran the entire night and my other room I rented as well the toilet you would have to giggle every flush. No one was on staff for the weekend. I get it people need breaks but toilets should not run the entire night. Way to much noise. PS ice machines broke and sign said go to third floor and then that was broke as well. Need to keep appliances working.... Would I stay there again, yes due to the bed was comfortable , staff was always nice, breakfast was good and clean, so just need to fix basics in room and all would be a 5 star xoxo"
