"Mycket trevlig personal speciellt i receptionen. Bra frekvens på shuttleservicen ner till byn. Perfekt ski-in-out. Rummen på baksidan har mer källarkänsla då man på lägre våningar inte ser mer än bergssidan utanför fönstret. "

"My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"

"Where do I start?! I’m so happy I went with Plateau-Rosa for my birthday trip! It was exactly what I was looking for - quiet, relaxing, and with a great view of the Matterhorn. I was warmly greeted by Pierre at the front desk and shown to my room, which was tidy, bright, and had a large balcony. Location-wise, it’s about 20 mins walk from the train station though there’s a bus. I didn’t mind walking as I got to look around. The hotel is located right across from the cable car station so ideal...

Staffs are friendly and they even prepared a packed breakfast when we told them that we are checking out early. Overall great experience with Hotel Butterly and will definitely come back. "
