"Wir genossen ein verlängertes Wochenende in einem wunderschönen, sehr sauberen Appartement von 22 Summits. Auch die Einrichtung im Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll, modern und gepflegt. Dort genossen wir ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit allem, was das Herz begehrte. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. "Super smooth check in process. Loved the views ans silence at Overlook Lodge compared to a regular room at Cervo. Staff was extremely attentive and were accessible at all times. I was jumping out of my bed every morning at sunrise to enjoy the views! At a little extra cost you can also enjoy breakfast and spa at Cervo. Hotel has direct connection to the lifts! I would recommend it to everyone and stay here again!"

"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. She made some amazing recommendations for everything from restaurants to a good experienced guide for paragliding in the valley! "4 dagars skidresa. Hotellet är småtrevligt, bra frukost eftermiddags fika med kakor är väl ok. Rummen är små och badrummet pytte litet. Svårt att låsa dörren det fungerade dåligt 419! Va 7-10 min promenad till kabinbanan, du kan lämna skidorna o pjäxor precis intil. Tänk på att boka bord till middagarna. Sen incheckning och tidig utcheckning var ett minus "

"We had a good time at this property. I think it was a little confusing that we were actually located in a condo separate from any main hotel building (studio Venus) and there wasn’t too much around us. But it was very walkable and there was enough support from the hotel staff to get what we needed if the room didn’t have it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay. "

"Property is not accessible through road as it is on the hill and no road is leading to there. You have to take the Gornergrat train for one station to reach the property. Ticket cost is CHF17 one way which is quite costly. Flat 16 does not have any view to Matterhorn so avoid booking this one to avoid disappointment. Flat is clean and properly manager is very helpful. "

"Beautiful appartement with amazing view on the Matterhorn. We were a family of 8 staying in the 4 bedrooms penthouse. We loved our stay there and the wellness spa area was a lovely way to recover after a day of hiking. The only comment we have is about the kitchen supplies. If you want to cook a meal for 8 persons, there is very limited kitchen supplies. No scissors, no cutting board, no cheese grater, only 2 small cooking pans. We made a cheese fondue and there were only 6 cheese fondue forks....

Marvellous stay!
"Have no regret to booked myself a solo trip for 2 nights in this marvellous hotel. Great front desk staffs at welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable with nice Mountain View. Perfect location with less than 150m from the train station and surrounded with lots of shops. Hotel facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are great especially on the rainy which I could not do much activities out door. Well, if the opening time for these facilities can be extended till 10pm, will be better. Overall I will say that I have great time here."
