Parking situation is ridiculous, cleanliness is average. The only pluses, proximity to NASA Space Center and the swimming pool. "I had to carry luggage 47lbs up 3 flights of stairs. You should definitely mention that upfront. It is not ada accessible. The room had a dead roach in the kitchen when I first arrived. It was almost midnight so I had no energy. Early the next morning a roach was crawling on the tv and another one in the bathroom. I was able to change rooms, but it was extremely inconvenient! I’m requesting a refund. I’m so disappointed."
