Hotel Dekat Chalai

"Great staff and property"

"The rooms are small for the anount they charging."

"Comfortable bed. Large ‘accessible’ room and bathroom. Great A/C. Professional staff. Less than $10 USA or Canadian taxi ride prepaid at airport arrival area. Breakfast tea/chai not worth drinking. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool."

"Clean room, small to fit an extra bed. Will visit again."

"Overall Impression While the general condition of the hotel is satisfactory and the staff were initially helpful, several serious lapses in hygiene, housekeeping, and data privacy protocols negatively impacted my stay. 1. Food Safety & Hygiene Concerns During a visit to the downstairs restaurant , I observed approximately 10 to 15 fruit flies resting on the handles of two trays containing sweets. Staff Response: I immediately brought this to the attention of two staff members on duty....

"Nice staff, provided paramount services. Breakfast, lunch and dinner super tasty 😋. We will revisit this place."

"It was an okay stay. I don't understand how it is a 4-star hotel. It barely makes the cut for a 3-star, let alone 4. Everything was extremely average. Food was a bit above average, and the restaurant was clean. The whole 3rd floor smelt like cigarettes, and our bedsheets and blankets did too."

"Friendly and accommodating staff. Bathroom was not clean enough, stains on towels, bed sheets, holes in walls, paint peeling off walls. Liked that free breakfast was included."

"Very helpful staff, convenient location , clean room ."

"Okay"

"Descent price for descent stay. Helpful staff."

"Clean and newly renovated. Nice clean bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Little pricey though ."

"I booked a room at this hotel. When I arrived at the airport, I called to inform them that I am on the way. The call was picked up after I called about 10 times, and I was told that all rooms are full and they did not have any rooms left. I just lost the money and had to find a different hotel."
