"False advertising. The rooms are not suites. They call them suites because the rooms can connect, but their rooms do not have a separate door to the bedroom. Room doesn’t come with coffee machine, you have to ask for it. Everyone in the hotel is expected to use 2 automatic coffee machines in the lobby that take a while to work. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, just outdated. Air conditioning worked great!! The bed was amazing! The staff was not very friendly, We asked for a couple more pillows and was told NO..that they were out of pillows? The front desk, did not have great patience when checking in, and then we got a couple snacks from the snack area (it was amazing and fully stocked) but we stood there for 5 minutes waiting for the lady to acknowledge us to buy the snacks.. So the only down side to the hotel...

"The breakfast bar was well stocked and the price was excellent based on what was provided each day. The options also included thoughtfulness with dietary restrictions, too. Fresh fruit was available throughout the stay. "

"The room was dirty. There was a dark black spot in the shower. Toilet was not clean. One bed looked clean the other bed had dirt spots on the sheets. The coffee in the breakfast bar was very weak. There was granola bars, boiled eggs, oatmeal, & yogurt. There was a homeless couple who were living in there car that kept coming in a back door to get food. "

"The pictures are definitely deceiving. The main lobby looks nice, but once you go past it, it looks like a rundown motel. The room looked dirty and outdated. One set of bed linens was dirty, and several towels were also dirty. The staff said breakfast was available, but honestly, considering the condition of the room, I would be scared to eat anything from there. We booked a room on the 2nd floor, and we were fine going up the stairs; however, there was an older couple that didn't know that...

"I booked last minute due to travel and digital check in and getting to my room was super easy. Had a communication via text from staff if any questions arose. Overall hotel was nice and clean and would stay again. Breakfast did not start till 7am which felt late to a Saturday compared to other hotels I have stayed in."

"You have to request towels and wash cloths to shower and the “free continental breakfast” was a joke. Some pre packaged cereals, stale bread, and juice. "
