"Las cortinas del cuarto no cerraban bien , la taza del baño sucia , en si el cuarto a medio limpiar y con mal olor . Cuando hice la reservación me deje llevar por las fotos , pero nada que ver con lo que tienen en su página . En el pasillo había gente ya muy tarde hablando y fumando , nada seguro mi estadía ."

"This is a newer building and it was clean. The rooms were smaller than most hotels in this price range. The breakfast was light. Eggs, potatoes and a meat. Cereal, fruit and yogurt but no waffles. Coffee and tea is offered 24-7 but there is no coffee pot in the room. In the future I will probably stay at a different location."

"Had a horrible night where I did not feel safe. One incident in the parking lot where they arrested someone and a different incident with rowdy hotel guests that were so loud I got up and told them yo be quiet. After an hour I had to call front desk and complain. The comment I got was welcome to Thursday at the Belmont."

"Everything was decent however I left my hoodie in the hotel closet by accident and if the room is properly checked and cleaned then it should’ve been turned in by cleaning staff instead I was told they couldn’t find it which means someone took it so please be sure to grab all of your belongings otherwise you will likely not see them again! That was on me for leaving it however it should’ve been turned into lost and found!"

"I thought sleep inns were a fairly nice hotel. This one was incredibly outdated and the bathroom gave me the ick. I coudve stayed somewhere much nicer for the same price. Won't stay here again. "

"Breakfast was good didn't change from day to day. Room was clean but bathroom door catch extremely dangerous. It cost me 10 stiches' in my hand. and was not addressed when reported."

"We had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Smyrna. The only issue we had was with the pool. One of the reasons we stayed at the property was to give our grand-kids a place to swim in the evenings, however the hot tub was being repaired and the pool water was too cold for little ones to swim in. Staff indicated the water temp was due to work being done on the Hot tub."

"My original reservation was at Motel 6 across the street but i had my reservation switched to Microtel The room at Motel 6 was infested with bugs and Microtel Inn accepted my reservation without furthher charge. It was very clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable "

It had mold, mildew, and all whatever complained about it and no one done anything. unfortunately, I had to rebook the room that’s when they put me in a different room. TV no telephone or air-conditioning work in either rooms.. on top of all that someone stole my tennis shoes, white Reebok"
