Hotel berdekatan Kawasan Rekreasi Empangan Nice Mill

"The room was dirty. There was a dark black spot in the shower. Toilet was not clean. One bed looked clean the other bed had dirt spots on the sheets. The coffee in the breakfast bar was very weak. There was granola bars, boiled eggs, oatmeal, & yogurt. There was a homeless couple who were living in there car that kept coming in a back door to get food. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, just outdated. Air conditioning worked great!! The bed was amazing! The staff was not very friendly, We asked for a couple more pillows and was told NO..that they were out of pillows? The front desk, did not have great patience when checking in, and then we got a couple snacks from the snack area (it was amazing and fully stocked) but we stood there for 5 minutes waiting for the lady to acknowledge us to buy the snacks.. So the only down side to the hotel...

"False advertising. The rooms are not suites. They call them suites because the rooms can connect, but their rooms do not have a separate door to the bedroom. Room doesn’t come with coffee machine, you have to ask for it. Everyone in the hotel is expected to use 2 automatic coffee machines in the lobby that take a while to work. "

"The breakfast bar was well stocked and the price was excellent based on what was provided each day. The options also included thoughtfulness with dietary restrictions, too. Fresh fruit was available throughout the stay. "

"Daily Breakfast specials prepared by the staff was a nice touch in addition to the buffet. "

"The window would not close all the way. There was a 1" gap. Even though I was told there was no pets on the same floor there was a dog barking 2 doors down. One of the employees appeared to be smoking in the hall when we were walking down the hall to our room. They ducked out the stairwell, but you could still smell the smoke"

"The property has a great layout and the rooms are spacious. There was no coffee at breakfast, only one carafe of coffee. It was spring break weekend though, so might have been more busy than normal. Average breakfast offerings, so, not bad. Staff was very friendly. We stayed at a different property the weekend prior and this property was much more family friendly. It was acceptibly clean. It just looks like it needs maintenance, like peeling wallpaper. Moldy caulking in the bathroom. Toilet...

"I booked last minute due to travel and digital check in and getting to my room was super easy. Had a communication via text from staff if any questions arose. Overall hotel was nice and clean and would stay again. Breakfast did not start till 7am which felt late to a Saturday compared to other hotels I have stayed in."

"The tub was clogged. Water was up to ankles. Bed was terribly uncomfortable it was obviously very old. "

"You have to request towels and wash cloths to shower and the “free continental breakfast” was a joke. Some pre packaged cereals, stale bread, and juice. "
