"Staff is not very friendly, we would pass them and say hi or smile and they would just ignore us. They provide free airport shuttle, once we arrived at lobby at time specified we were told to wait at lobby , they would call me and gave me a ticket. They were calling a shuttle for us. We put our luggage by front door and walked into the lobby store for less than 5 minutes and went back to the front door with our luggage. 10 minutes later the receptionst approaches us and tells us the shuttle left...

"We stayed in a family suite and loved everything about our stay. The suite was huge and immaculate with amazing views of the city, and we felt incredibly well looked after. The boat service is a real highlight and using the river to get around was a game changer as a family with young children. "WOW!! We stayed in the penthouse, and it was AMAZING! "There is ghost in this hotel. We stayed at room 24402. We couldn’t open the door when we arrived and had to go down again to the reception. Then the staff came with us and this time the door opened. We turned off all the lights at night before sleeping. Around 1:30am I remember we waking up screaming so loudly. Our hair was standing and we had massive palpitation! We saw something. Something huge dark figure standing next to our bed. I am still getting goosebumps when I think of that moment. We could sleep after that. The next day we changed hotel. Please be careful when staying with children. "
