"We were here for graduation weekend. The property is 6 minute drive to the TS campus, Walmart and many restaurants. Greeted by the owners who are friendly and hospitable offering cold beverages at check in. The property is retro chic. The accommodations are tiny houses equipped with great water pressure and good air conditioning. Our bungalow was a short 2 minute walk to the river edge. And the pool was something reminiscent of 1970’s Palm Springs in the best way. Highly recommend."

I had to call corporate and get it figured out, he then lied to them saying he tried to call me back. But he only called back when the woman over the phone put me on hold and reach out to them. "Only criticism is no coffee facilities in room. Fortunately I was just down the corridor from reception where coffee was on tap."

"The front desk service staff were friendly. Our rooms were clean. The air conditioning was adequate. The cleaning staff was prompt and detail-oriented. The complimentary breakfast was a little bit to be desired. The pancakes were a little floury, but I appreciated that the pancake machine was on-site for customers to use. The processed round eggs had no taste, and I would have preferred fresh scrambled eggs. I liked the easy access to I-35. I would stay again. "

"stains on the sheets/bedspreads; 1 cockroach friend; rusty TP holder; broken toilet seat; not enough towels or pillows; broken mini-fridge (freeze-leak-freeze cycles) ; room doors don't shut properly; side entrance to be accessed w/key, never locked/shut tight - open to the wide world; walkway to side entrance, filthy; not an ounce of protein at breakfast; bad coffee, no cream, no decaf; windows key-locked - fire/emergency danger. ample parking"

"So I entered my room and for the price I was expecting extreme cleanliness AT LEAST. NOT! Subpar at best. The room was dusty. The light switch had visible line of dust on top. The phone and table tops were wiped partially. The air conditioner NEVER got COLD! The hallways were extremely HOT! There was only one elevator working also. Everytime we saw the manager she was eating... in the lobby or at the main check-in point. I dont forsee myself booking this particular location again. "

"Not too much parking but I was able to park in the back right by the back entrance. Once I had my key card, I was able to get to my car easily and staff was so kind helping me find a couple of things I needed. They even helped make sure I had the same room because I booked two nights separately. Thank you so much! "
