"Very disappointing bed and no comforters. No extra blankets as we had requested. No staff from 10pm-7am if anything was needed."

"The king bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. Apart from that, the room furnishings were dated. It is adequate but not attractive."

"When I first drove up, I honestly questioned if it was abandoned. The photos made it look much more updated than it was. I didn't realize until I arrived most of the rooms are open to the outside, and I don't love that. My room smelled stale like it had probably been smoked in and there was a frozen Bud Light left in the mini fridge. Guessing it had not been cleaned out rather than it just being the world's most pathetic mini bar."

"I hate to be this way, but this place was awful. The staff was nice, but that’s all I can say that’s good. We were there on a busy weekend for TXST, and everything else was sold out, or we would’ve left. Our room was dirty (my wife went to Target and had to buy a thing of chlorine wipes to clean it). Window held together with duct tape, mini-fridge leaked in spite of a weird hose they had rigged to try to drain the water from the non-working ice maker. Yellow spots on the bathroom walls where fixtures had been removed. Beds with broken springs and creaks. My wife and daughter slept in top on beds due to how suspect the sheets were. Crumbs and filthy from previous guests under mattress. Junk and old appliances around pool, ice machine barely worked. The family clearly loves in the hotel. There’s a group of rooms with no numbers, but the heavy smell of whatever kitchen they have in there. (It’s Indian food, no way to hide that, but jeez, install a vent). I thought the other reviewers were exaggerating. We’re were there for two nights, luckily it was late I to the second night before we saw our first cockroaches, which were in the bathroom. Look, I can handle the “charm” of old and broken down. But a motel should at least be clean. This place is a flip house and should be no more than $30 a night at most."

"I had a good experience at the front desk. The young men at the front desk, when I arrived was very nice and friendly. I had accidently booked a room online with 2 queen beds, (Smoking), and good thing there was a non-smoking room available. The young switch it, the A/C unit was good, and had free parking. The morning breakfast included, coffee, muffins, bagels, 2 kind of cereals, and fruits, and at the time they had apples. The apples were nice, and dark red, of course, but the one I grabbed and bit on, had a brownish color which I thought was seeds in the middle. So, I showed the young girl up front, and asked her to check them out, and she didn't. Next time I know to use a knife and cut it first."

"THE RESTROOM WALLS WERE STAINED, THE BED WAS NOT MADE, LIGHT SWITCH IS A HAZARD, AIR CON UNIT WAS BROKEN, ROOM SMELLED LIKE CIGARATTE, BED BOARD WAS STAINED, FLOOR DIRTY. OVERALL BAD ROOM AND I WLL NEVER RECOMEND"
