The hotel was updated, clean and everything was in working order. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful but had trouble restocking towels in a timely manner however when we really needed them they were delivered but took a while. They were out of a few breakfast items and when asked the staff seemed irritated and disinterested in helping. Overall the hotel was beautiful and comfortable and we’d definitely stay there again.

The room was huge and comfortable, but... Our room was missing a few things like the toilet paper roll holder, an ice bucket and I believe a lot of the dishes in the kitchen area. Someone had broken a plug off in the light fixture which could be dangerous. My daughter found an eyelash stuck to her bed comforter. So lots of random weirdness. As for the property, only one of the elevators is in working order. So you have to wait a long time. Other than that, there are lots of amenities. The location is easily accessible and great being one exit north of the outlet mall and right next to a Target and Academy Sports. We did enjoy the stay as it felt like small apartment living for the two days we needed it.

SO thankful for this hotel! After trying a different hotel out the first night, that was much less expensive, I realized that was a huge mistake. When coming here it was a BIG RELIEF! Staff were all. Polite. Our room was a double bed with a good out couch. It was HUGE. The beds were comfy. We all enjoyed it so nothing bad to say about this property. The breakfast was fine, we all found something to eat at it. The biscuits were really good. There was also a water bottle going station that I used a lot. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was nice & friendly, breakfast was good. The beds were full of all types of hair, couch was stained, there was a dirty sock. We felt pretty disgusting sleeping there which sucks because the room itself was really nice & spacious.
