"The staff in the executive lounge were very attentive and eager to please especially Sheila and Richelle. Room 2406 has plumbing problems which were reported to the front desk. The problems are a leaky sink and an ill-fitting shower door which allows a lot of water to pool on the floor outside the shower. We also reported a problem with the thermostat which kept shutting off the air conditioning. Our room was well kept and the views from our room and the executive lounge were nothing short...

"Lift is bad, two lifts and there are a group of Indian tourist who hop on the lift while its going up and they wanted to be at ground. The loud noise at night from next rooms which is amazing. I almost learnt a new language. Lucky enough I was there just one night but suffer enough"

Courtesy taxi only travelled up to 1.5 km so wasn’t much use really. Generally staff lovely special mention to Aileen, Angel, Lynda and Saga!"
