"Staff is great, room was clean and beds were super comfy. Walking distance to convention center. Second time staying here. First morning breakfast many items were out and staff working it said it would be a while she was working on other things. This was at 9a breakfast ended at 10 possibly 1030. With a convention in town this could have been better. "

"The Biltmore was a wonderful experience; beautiful grounds; our room was fantastic (double room with joint living room; great for family); excellent food; pool area and staff were incredibly kind and professional. "

"Check in was easy as pie, the room was clean, the staff were courteous and friendly ( Zabrina! She was so nice, easy to talk to! ). Only negative i have about the whole experience we're the vending machines, they did not work, no signage to indicate and it ate my money. It's like oooooh so many good snacks but no, you can't have them! Put a sign on it! It was pretty quiet during our stay, if i come for another event in the same area i would stay again, for sure. "
