"Property is new and clean our overall stay exceeded expectations. I have a few items for improvement: The coffee bar near the front desk needs better attention as coffee was often empty. As most people use the internet for coming and going the front desk staff seemed to have a lot of time on their hands which could be used to monitor the coffee bar. On weekends the breakfast kitchen staff is overwhelmed and more staff is needed to keep the eggs, meat, and potatoes supplied to the serving...

"Rooms are only tended to after 2nights... didn't know this when we arrived. Humidity in the room stayed high and towels did not dry overnight. Heating/cooling system in room, vibrates and was noisy. There is no breakfast in the hotel. Coffee and Tea are available til noon. Long hairs stuck in the bath and on bathroom floor when we arrived. Some towels were discoloured and worn. Some were fluffy and white. No special amenities(other than coffee and water). Lots hotel grade amenities available...

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen for free for the 29th. This is ridiculous. I have attached my reservation pictures showing it is exactly the same."
