"Booked the room when our flight in Dayton was cancelled and we had to go to Columbus by Uber to leave early the next morning. When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. "Room keeping and front desk staff were very rude. Room service never came to clean our room. We call the front desk for additional towels and were advised we had to go into the hallway and look for a room service person in order to request towels. The fire alarm went off at 5 am due to a toaster burning. When we reached out to the front desk about this they advised that the fire alarm going off was “routine” and that there was nothing they could due to accommodate us for the inconvenience. There...
