"We arrived and our bedding and towels were stained. Literal feces on the wall in the bathroom. It seemed like maybe all the horizontal surfaces were wiped down but that was about it. We were moved to another room and that room was FILLED with mold everywhere. Went back to the other room. Took the seemingly cleaner bedding our new room and it had bed bug blood stains. Also mold on all the outdoor AC units. The breakfast was also very unappetizing. The pools were the only good thing about this...

"Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management."

"Disappointed as it said resort, but the rooms weren’t clean the elevators didn’t work. The pool was dirty. The towels didn’t match. The room was fine but the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was busted. I would not recommend."
