"I haven’t stayed at this property in about 10 years. We didn’t visit the waterpark. We were only in our room to shower and sleep after a night at Cedar Point. Our fan in the bathroom wasn’t working so not sure if that caused the floors in the whole room to be wet but they were wet the whole night and next morning. Our clothes were damp as well. There was a Cheeto that they missed cleaning from the last people in the bathroom and there appeared to be mold on the ceiling"

"Everything is not good at all"

"I’ll start this with, our son did have a good time. Despite our room having obvious mold on the ceiling, the floor had what felt like it had a hole in it, the pillows felt like they were stuffed with cheap cotton balls. None of the staff were very helpful, and when you finally found one most seemed as if they hated their jobs. We were told we couldn’t use the restaurant despite no one being in it bc they had too many ppl and we had to wait 30 minutes for subpar over priced food. You pay a lot...

"2 of the 3 elevators were out of order, restaurant was closed. Only 2 towels in room 1 wash cloth. Blood stains on comforter! Water from pool all over hallways and the one working elevator."

"Parking is horrible. The room needed to be vacuumed ( toenails on the floor). The breakfast area needs to be set up better. Very crowded and not enough seating."

"We've stayed there many times and is one of our go-tos. Room was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. Its super close to Cedar point and is very reasonably priced."

"Pool was out control and complete chaos. No chance of relaxing."

"Our room was very spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, air conditioning nice and cold. Location was convenient to the ball park."

"The rooms were very comfortable, had a great view, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Valet took a bit but honestly, it was a 4 am departure so they were likely short staffed at this time. Thank you so much for the experience and a special shout out goes to Floyd and our Valet/Bell front of house staff for being the absolute friendliest of team members we encountered."

"At first I was a little worried but the place was great. Good breakfast, very nice staff! And very accommodating to our big group. Kept all close together! And sooo close to cedar point and cedar point Beach! Not as fancy as some places we stay but beds were comfy and air worked. What more do you need!"

"I was very disappointed in the room I stayed in. Room looked nice but the bathroom tub had public hair in it. The faucet in tub had a slow stream of water constantly running that I heard all night.Went to take shower,no cold water, just hot water couldn't take a decent shower. Wish I could get my money back"

"Our room was so musty and muggy. Smelled bad. Put stuff in the fridge and then everything was frozen. Couldn't eat any of it. Breakfast was suppose to open at 6:30. Went at 6:40 because had to leave for baseball game and now hung was ready so had to stop at McDonald's. Just not a good situation."
