"Beautiful hotel. Lovely room, helpful staff, beautiful rooftop and delicious breakfast. Very conveniently located. The only problem we had was the air conditioning. It wouldn’t turn off one evening and was noisy. Whebn I raised this matter, it was turned off for the duration of our stay which was fine. We had a great stay!"

"Location was great, close to everything, but this means at night it’s loud which made it difficult to sleep. Not the hotels fault, just nature of location. Only other complaint is the beds were rock hard so between the noise and beds, really didnt get a good nights sleep. "

She arranged airport transfers, marked up a map of how we could chart our day, and even arranged a take-away breakfast for our early morning airport run. "The hotel is the Best hotel in Rome. Every single staff is professional, helpful, kind, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I had an issue with my uber drive and was dropped off at the wrong hotel nearby and the manager and bell man came to pick me up. Just from the beginning of my stay I could tell this hotel was special. The next time I am in Rome I will absolutely stay here. P.s they have a beautiful room this is ancient ruins and guest have access to it. Super charming!!...
