"We LOVE staying at this hotel. It’s become a tradition for us to stay here anytime we leave town and are passing through! The pool area is always nice and kept. There are usually many kids for my child to play with. The grotto areas are also a main attraction for us. We enjoy the solitude they provide. Our rooms are always comfortable, very clean and stocked with appropriate hygiene products. The mini fridge and microwave are always immaculate. Breakfast has an amazing variety of choices and is always stocked and kept up with appropriately. The staff are all so kind and helpful. There is shopping nearby and great restaurants all within walking distance!"

"Check in staff were great and the room was very clean. Continental breakfast was a disaster, they were out of eggs , sausages and pancakes. When we approached the front desk staff regarding our concerns they said sorry we’re all out and they had nothing else left. Very disappointing and they generally didn’t seem to concerned nor any compensation. When we checked out I asked for a printed receipt for our stay and they said that they only emailed receipts and I still haven’t received one. Very disappointed with our stay , would strongly recommend not staying at this location."
