"Room was clean. Staff were helpful and polite. Parking is easy (front desk will provide you with specific instructions). Breakfast was okay."

"The breakfast was delicious—much better than expected. The hotel had bikes that we were allowed to use for free. There were some awesome bike trails nearby and we enjoyed exploring them. The light rail was inexpensive and very convenient, although it seems as though it will be replaced with buses for the month of July to allow maintenance of the tracks. There was no restaurant in the hotel but there were some tempting restaurants within walking distance."

"Didn't know until I got to the location that I had to pay $35 a day for parking, no garbage bags in the trash cans for the room so I had to keep bringing my garbage to the trash can by the elevators and the fridge you have to turn on every 2 hours just to keep food cold so you're forced to wake every 2 hours during the night just to make sure your food doesn't spoil."

"I usually stay at high end boutique hotels, so I ended up here only because I needed a place for an unexpected layover. The amenities at those types of hotels are obviously on a different level, but I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere this nice at this price point. What really set this place apart was the service. Maya at the front desk and the gentleman at the door were exceptional. They treated me like a friend, gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places to go during my delay,...

"My overall experience was very positive. I would definitely stay there again. I wish that the Hotel staff had explained to me that the hotel was connected to our major indoor shopping area, which I only discovered on my last day there, but would have made my stay more pleasant to know from the beginning. This is actually a major attraction of the hotel and they are underselling the Hotel by not telling guests about it."
