"We went to visit our daughter in the North Loop area of Minneapolis and we stayed at the Element Hotel. The hotel was great - pretty, clean, great staff. It is right near the Target Field and Target Center if you are going to a game. The immediate area is a little quiet, but a couple block walk and you hit the busier area of bars and restaurants. Great location, would stay there again. "

"We had issues upon check in because their credit card system was down and it kept telling me my card was being declined (which I knew it couldn't be). The gentlemen who helped me was SO kind and apologetic. He comped our early check in fee and offered us water while we were waiting. He was the kindest person EVER and made the entire experience great. He handled the pressure well and with professionalism! The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were prompt at arriving each day to reset...
