"Room we originally booked was downgraded because the TV wasn’t working. It was clean and had all basic necessities. When we called the desk for towels took over an hour to get them. The restaurant was decent with a surpurb waitress. "

"The cleaning staff on the main floor were rude and acted as if we were in their way. I did not realize breakfast was not included until I checked in- that was a big disappointment. The pool water was cold. The cleaning staff on our floor was very helpful and polite. The hotel is very modern/newer."

"Very nice clean hotel, good price compared to other higher priced hotels in the area. Front desk staff wasn't rude but wasn't overly friendly. She didn't smile once, but again she wasn't rude, I understand things happen. I would stay here again anyway. "

"The hotel was spotlessly clean, the night manager (Elija?) was incredibly welcoming and engaging when we checked in, the beds were extremely comfortable (I loved the pillows), and the complimentary breakfast was honestly the best I've ever had in a hotel -- fresh eggs, delicious sausage, everything hot and fresh. Very friendly staff in the morning as well."

"Rooms were large, spacious and nice. My only issue was that the shower is quite low so I struggled a bit and I’m only 5’8…but otherwise it was great. I imagine in time they will likely switch it up to hand held "
