"Buffet breakfast was good. Suite was roomy. Suite wasn’t ready when we went to check in so I was supposed to get a $60 credit which I never received. I had paid in full at time of booking through Expedia."

"The first room we checked into had blood on sheets and hair in the shower. The staff gave us another room in which the refrigerator smelled like cat pee. We were too tired to ask for another room, not knowing what we would find in there so we just didn't use the refrigerator."

"Room was very large! We had 2 queens and a sofa bed and it was like the size of 2+ rooms! It was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was decent with a number of hot and cold options."

"Very clean hotel. Staff were very nice and courteous. My only knock is it is in kind of a noisy area. Big trash truck picked up dumpsters at 4am, and the trains run until midnight, other than that I would highly recommend."

"Great facility near attractions (Wolf Creek Habitat and Rescue), Metamora Shopping, etc. Complimentary breakfast very good, helpful staff. WiFi went in and out but connected."

"The hotel is centrally located in downtown Bloomington. That is the only benefit. The bar closed early so we could not get dinner. The pool is way too small but the biggest issue was the air conditioning. Every time it kicked on it woke me up. I got no sleep and will not stay here again."

"We checked in at about 6:30pm on a Thursday evening, the front desk check in lady was not thrilled to be there at all and didn't smile, say hi, or anything friendly. Seems like she should probably not be working in hospitality. The lobby restrooms are in a hallway, there were rolls of carpet in the same hallway making it hard to even open the doors to the restrooms. This is very concerning for anyone traveling with a stroller, wheelchair, walker, cane, many bags. I could barely get in the door...

"We arrived at 2:35 pm and tried to check in. Normally we can pay an early arrival fee in these situations but we were not even given that option. I asked to check in and was rudely told I can be checked in after about 25 minutes and then the rude lady walked away. We went back out to our vehicle and waited. Went back in to check in after 25 mins. There was food and dirt all over the mat on the way in, all through the lobby, and even all over the rug in the elevator. Once we got to the room all...

"The room was nice and clean but the beds were tiny. Sleeping two per bed was a crunch. Pull out sofa bed was also very small. Big enough for only one."
