"The room was big and decorated nicely. The desk staff were helpful and polite, but the cleaning crew didn’t meet standards. One stood in front of the elevator as I tried to exit it, stared at me, unmoving, and then remained blocking my way off the elevator until I finally said, “Excuse me.” It made me nervous. Also, the bathroom in my room wasn’t clean. There was toothpaste spit in the sink and the whole floor was sticky. Finally, I was there on a Tuesday and was told that their restaurants...
