Before arriving, received a text about checking in online early, and in that process it stated pets were not allowed; however I had booked the site primarily because they allowed dogs and I was traveling with mine. My family & I had to wait in the lobby for 30 mins. I found that part very aggravating considering the fact that my child was falling asleep & wanted nothing more than a place to lay down. "
