"This was a really comfortable, clean, and high-quality hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the staff were incredibly nice and kind. The breakfast was by far one of the best we’ve had. Instead of a buffet, you order from a breakfast menu, and everything was absolutely delicious with amazing food quality. "1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."
