The location is perfect with beautiful views of the Danube and easy access to everything. The hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the service is truly outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. One of the best luxury hotels we’ve ever stayed at. "10/10 I can’t fault this hotel. Absolutely stunning decor. A wow as soon as you walk in. Polite and helpful staff. our room was ready as soon as we arrived at 12pm so we didn’t have to wait. The room was in fantastic condition with very comfortable beds and stunning decor. The shower was amazing. Dressing gowns and slippers in the rooms. "This was a great hotel! The staff was super friendly and allowed us to check in early. The location is amazing – a short walk downhill to the river in one direction, and a short walk uphill to the castle in the other direction. It was very easy to have a Uber drop us off and pick us up here as well. The room and bathroom were clean and in great condition. We had a small fridge and a coffee maker with coffee provided. "We stayed with my best friend over 2 nights. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and so special. Their breakfast was very tasty and they serve their local Prosecco (class!). We also enjoyed a swim and a view from the rooftop swimming pool. It was amazing! Thank you for making this stay so great! Definitely will come back to this hotel."
