The airline lost a couple of pieces of our luggage and front staff, without even me asking called lost and found and explained our situation and help facilitate the finding and returning of our luggage, which by 10:00 pm the same day was found and returned. Service was above and beyond. One of the best, I highly recommend. "

"Excellent location and great modern facilities. Functional room, well-maintained. We did not have breakfast at the hotel (many alternatives available nearby) but used the Pavilion for drinks & snacks, all good. My only complaint is with Housekeeping who did not show up on our second day at the hotel, which is disappointing for a two-night stay. When I brought this to front-desk's attention, they did offer housekeeping service in the evening but that ended up being a rush job in my opinion. ...

"We had a lovely stay at this fabulous hotel. Hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated. Rooms a tiny bit cramped but big enough for a few nights. Lovely breakfast.. we didn’t eat in the restaurant at any other time. Staff are friendly and helpful at all times and the reception is 24 hr. The location of the hotel is brilliant… central and close to many restaurants, bars and the waterfront. A half hour walk to the castle district, similar distance to the parliament building and the citadel. We...
