"Location was great - easy access to the main activities. I spotted a Fuego eruption from right outside my room near the rooftop sitting area! The hotel had a unique charm - pool was gorgeously warm - felt like a spa! Room was huge, with a cute fireplace and balcony. Shower only had cold water the first day but they fixed it by the next morning. Overall wonderful "

"This is such a gorgeous hotel - every aspect of our stay was beautifully appointed (rooms, courtyard, breakfast areas) and the staff were just lovely. It’s also super centrally located close & walkable to the major sites and, but you don’t step out into anything touristy. The breakfast was spectacular too"
