"Mirian, from the front desk was amazing. She helped us with every aspect of our stay. Personable and just lovely! Michael, was an exceptional as well. Michael floated around the lobby and answered all p of our questions and assisted getting us to ULA surgery appointments over the next three days. Michael was a happy, extrodinary man!"

"Everything about this experience and stay was immaculate - clean room, friendly staff, anticipatory care - and I am so sad I forgot her name but she was a concierge and gave me a wake up call because I had a 530 AM taxi so she wanted to ensure I was all set for my trip and when the driver picked me up she told him to take good care of me. I would stay here again."
