To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. "Uitstekend hotel: super vriendelijk personeel, schone kamers, super mooi ingericht. We genoten ook van het binnenzwembad, de sauna en de rooftop-bar. Ligging van het hotel is top; vlakbij metro en trein, je bent zo in de luchthaven en in het centrum van Lissabon. Vlakbij winkelcentrum en toch uit de drukte gelegen."
