"The hotel is in an excellent location and the breakfast provision is top class. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. However, I can’t understand why there isn’t a full length mirror in the room - we had to go into the corridor where there are mirrors all along the wall! Also, the TV was covering the only other mirror in the room. A shame as these are quite basic things that could easily be remedied. The staff overall were friendly."

Dirty bathroom floor, towel was black after touching it, paint chips everywhere, door was thin and the knobs barely turned. The bed was comfortable. The staff were not rude, but just seem entirely uninterested in helping you out or in hospitality in general. Completely disappointed by our stay here… was very much looking forward to it.
