Great location

Fantastic location for nipping into town but sleeping in a quiet environment. Unfortunately there was building work and they were driving piles into the rock every morning nearby. Not a fault of the hosts. Steps down to garden rooms are steep with 60% handrail and sprinklers wet the sleeper steps. Making them hazardous. Also got drenched late night in darkness as the timer came on!

The booked bungalow was indicated as no longer available shortly before arrival. We were offered to cancel the accommodation or move into a room in the main building. This room was offered at a significantly lower price at the time of booking and was immediately available again when we left. The manager refused to talk to us in person and refused in writing to refund at least the difference. The room itself was damp and moldy. The skirting boards on the walls were swollen due to the damp walls. No recommendation!

I am a Marriott Life Time Platinum and spent over 900 plus nights in Marriott hotels. I’ve never seen a guest house/ motel was as absolutely simple as this one. I didn’t have the shower gels and shampoos when I got in the room, and I have to go to the front desk to ask for it. There was a coffee machine without coffee, I was told I have to buy it! What? I had traveled in China, even in the cheap hotels cost $30 USD a night, they still provided you tea bags and instance coffees. As for some facial tissues, was told to use the toilet papers! The location is ok, not far from marina. I wrote a message to the owner, would like to discuss with them about ‘Hotel Management 101’, but apparently they didn’t reply. In summary, to me, it’s very unpleasant experience.

Ótima localização. O centrinho e a orla podem se deslocar a pé. Estacionamento interno sem custo. Cafeteira de cápsulas disponível no quarto. Atendimento agradável. Destaco apenas a questão do check-in e check-out, o tempo é muito curto. Só pode entrar às 15hs e já deve sair às 11hs.

Me gusto mucho pero en la ducha no había donde colocar el shampoo ni el jabón realmente incomodo ponerlo en el suelo y la cafetera nunca funcionó está estropeada y la puerta del baño no cerraba porque el mueble de papel higiénico es muy grande que obstruye cerrar la puerta

Le prix ne vaut pas la prestation. La chambre quadruple familiale est grande mais la salle de bain toute petite. Une seule petite commode pour ranger les habits. Une machine à café qui fuit. Un frigo très bruyant. Impossible d'aérer correctement car une seule fenêtre. La climatisation est orientée directement sur le lit. Les finitions de la chambre laissent à désirer. Pas d'accès direct au jardin, il faut faire le tour. Très bruyant avec la route très fréquentée juste à côté. Parking étroit mais gratuit pour autant qu'il y ait de la place (5 places). Il y a un parking un peu plus bas, payant la journée. Ménage fait une seule fois sur 5 jours à cause d'un problème de clé. Le 2e jour on me téléphone pour me dire qu'ils n'ont pas de double de la clé et qu'ils ne pourront pas faire le ménage, qu'un serrurier va venir dans l'après midi pour changer la serrure et que du coup je dois revenir avant 22h (heure de fermeture de la réception) pour récupérer la nouvelle clé, alors que je n'avais pas prévu de revenir. Une fois à la réception on m'explique que le serrurier n'a pas réussi à changer la serrure, qu'il revient demain mais que je dois leur laisser la clé. Ce qui implique de devoir de nouveau revenir avant 22h... Pour ces désagréments, à part des excuses je n'ai eu aucune compensation ou geste commercial. Je n'y retournerai pas.

O local onde ficámos não se parece nada com a fotografia, ficando mesmo junto à avenida principal. O quarto tem um fraco isolamento, sendo muito ruidoso e fazendo passar frio. O pessoal é simpático, mas as condições do hotel deixam muito a desejar.

Compact but lovely and quiet room left super clean in a very good location of Cascais, few minutes walk from all amenities & supermarket. We particularly liked the private free parking and the breakfast along with the warm hospitalities given by the hosts. Great place to stay if you are staying few nights in the city
