"From the location, to the staff, to the amenities, to the environment, Villas of Cave Creek, surpassed all expectations. The only thing I could even say that was negative about this property. Is there was too much chlorine in the hot tub, It burned your eyes. Who really spends time in the hot tub when it's a hundred degrees out? So if that's the only complaint, five thumbs up for this place."

"Blindsided. We all know how expensive travel is and if you're like me you want to pay everything up front or as much as you can to enjoy you trip and throw your cares to the wind for the duration. My family and I have been coming here every year since 2019, sometimes twice a year. Imagine my surprise when I check in a realize that i have to pay for parking. Why is this upsetting- first, because it's new and I was unaware. Second, it's per vehicle, so that was a $300 expense that I didn't expect...

"It was a great property! And perfect for our visit! Our daughter & son-in-law live across the street! I would recommend reading and familiarizing yourself with the check-in instructions before hand. It wasn’t difficult, but can be confusing if you are trying to navigate parking, entry etc. when you arrive. Other than that, wonderful place!"

"This place was very nice and spacious! The pool was huge and very close and they have little courtyard sitting places right by this condo. My only three negatives are the couch, which looked like it was about to lose a spring and was very uncomfortable; there were only two drinking glasses but lots of coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc.; and the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping around and moving what sounded like boulders around their place."

"3.5/5 for cleanliness. The walls, floors and baseboards of the units need to be cleaned and/or repainted. I looks like someone previously threw a party and scratched/scuffed up the walks badly. Also the party bike that you pedal rides through this neighborhood with music play just as an FYI The kitchen did have just about everything needed from a blender, to can opener’s, cookie sheet, etc. "

"The check-in process is slower and I have to contacted with the representative for several times. Some towers have bad smell. The washer doesn’t work and I have terrible experience to spend time in going out for laundry. The facility such as washer should be checked carefully by the owner before the visitor enters."
