Front desk staff is not very attentive especially when I was checking out to speed the process up. The pool was closed on the second day I was there which was a bummer. Very basic amenities but it’s good for 1 night stay. Beds are clean and shower is good. Hallways smells very musty. The best customer service I had was from the security guard who helped me get a good deal on taxi price for 3 hours while I checked out Sirao garden and Temple of Leah.

My only complaint would be the ants. They were crawling on the bar when I was ordering my food.

Great for southern bus terminal.
Hotel very convenient to Southern Bus terminal for early starts to south of island. 7/11 right next door along with some fast food outlets and a larger mall

Good location.
Good services when we told them the bathroom had not hot water for bathing. The staff came immediately and helped us to solve the problem! Nice!
