I love the location,convenience to shopping and restaurants.We stayed in one of their "executive" room which was a lot better than a regular/standard room that we've tried before.It had a little view of the city,roomy and looked cleaner.The bathroom was small,nothing fancy,could use some update.It had a nice living/sitting area.Thru Expedia,I was only able to book one day in this executive room.I had to book the rest of my stay in a standard room.This worried me some.However,I spoke with the front desk asked her if I could possibly stay in the same room paying the price difference.Luckily,they were able to accommodate my request.For this,I'm grateful.I also arrived earlier than their check in time,room wasn't ready but they were able to hold my luggage until we got back later that evening.Overall,we had a pleasant stay.Hope to return some time.

OK for a night stopover
Ok hotel for an overnight stop but not longer. We didnt get the deluxe room we booked. No windows. Didnt argue point as we were leaving early for airport. Plus side? Breakfast was good so make sure its included. Area around hotel is very busy and doesnt make you feel overly comfortable if your not a city lover.

Great location!Hotel itself needs update.Room we were in was dark and small.Bathroom tiles need better cleaning/regrout.Shower pretty weak,barely any hot water.We enjoyed the nightly entertainment/live band/ballroom dancing in their lounge and the massage service on the 3rd floor.

Staff awesome. Location great. They accommodated me in room preference location. I didn't care for where I was at and as soon as something else came available, they moved me. Wi-Fi was out pretty much most my 2 weeks. Not their fault. Provider problem. If you have to have Wi-Fi , think ahead . No big deal. Great place

ACU is not cooling well while the shower's water flow is not that strong. Cable has poor reception. The staff in charge of cooking egg was late so had to leave for the airport without egg on my early breakfast.

I enjoyed this hotel more than any other I stayed at! The staff from the front desk, bar and restaurant, cleaners, and door staff was amazing. I will stay at this hotel anytime I’m in Cebu. Thank you Jean for all you do and your staff and co workers are the very best.

The accessibility of the hotel. It is located at the center of business area of the city. The hotel was also quiet despite of the fact that it was surrounded by different big establishments like hospitals and malls.

We stay here often when in Philippines, good deal for the price ! Although this is an older hotel we like it, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the restaurant has good food and free breakfast buffet. They also feature live entertainment on weekends and hdve a “slots” casino and and affordable spa

The hotel has its quirks.Great place to stay. Ultimately I think think that it is the staff who make the hotel. Everyone is polite friendly and courtesy is a standard above all there. The executive room is definitely worth the extra money. The security guard at the front door , sorry I can't remember his name but works days, was always super helpful and gave excellent directions

The hotel locations is really very good but the hotel maybe needs a bit of renovation if they want to compete with other hotels. The WiFi also needs an upgraded cos the signal are weak already at the lobby and could not reached the rooms anymore.

Affordable decent hotel in Cebu
Hotel location is in the heart of the city., near Robinsons Cebu. Rooms are a bit small but clean and comfortable. Facilities are also good. My only issue on my stay are the poor water flow every morning and weak wifi otherwise is good hotel. They also offer breakfast buffet with many choices.

Pros- Good buffet, live band every night, courteous staff Cons- wifi will not work in rooms. Will have to go down to lobby and get codes for 1-3 hour internet time and use it in lobby only. Water pressure in shower minimal. Had to use spout for washing hair. House keeping didn't replenish shampoo/ tooth brush/tooth paste daily and water at times.

The Hotel location was accessible to all Public Transportation.The room was great! Perfect for relaxation. The Service and Foods are Superb. I`m looking forward to visit Cebu again soon and stay in this Hotel with my Family.

Hotel location is right in the middle of everything Cebu, but that’s all you have for this hotel, just the location. Rooms are old, with no windows. Asked to be transferred to a room with window, was told to pay extra. No window room not indicated on the description during booking, had I known, I would have never booked it.

Poor WiFi...front desk gave the WiFi access at check-in...when we got to our room on the 6th floor, it doesn’t work...called front desk, then told me that it doesn’t work on the 6th floor...WTH! Came downstairs for continental free breakfast...asked for WiFi access 2 times...first one didn’t work..second time only worked for 15 minutes...frustrating....the front desk person has these WiFi access pre-printed to provide to the customers...it says only last an hour...I believed once they print them the one hour limit time starts...so they been setting there awhile...the reason they don’t last long....we are regular customer here...we are thinking about trying other hotels...frustrated about WiFi access...

Focused on customer satisfaction!
I had a problem with parking on the street. Was not made aware that the hotel offered a free valet service to care for customers that have a vehicle. The hotel was kind enough to pay for the parking ticket and actually going to the LTO office to take care of it! That's CUSTOMER SATISFATION at its VERY BEST!!! Very professional staff! EXCELLENT!!!
