An AWFUL two nights we stayed. My boyfriend and I live in Bohol (neighboring small island), and came for a “date” weekend to do some shopping and have a nice dinner. I have stayed here before and always found it adequate for PH. There was no hot water the entire time, and we told them about it twice, but they never did anything about it. There was also ZERO WiFi in the suite. And, yes, I booked the “nicest” suite they had for the weekend. Lastly, our ferry did not get in until near midnight, so we checked in very late. They called our room at 9am and woke us up to tell us that the breakfast would be ending soon. While in theory this is nice, the staff has no way of knowing our sleep schedule, and I was very irritated that they woke us up. I will not be staying again.

Hotel needs a lot of TLC. Beds are hard as rocks. Staff was amazing though. Food was okay. You get what you pay for. Location was not the best but close to the walking street.

Expedia it is your fault never truely described the surrounding. And never have the actual latest building exterior photo glass panels. Timber steps on roof top almost giving way. Expedia your selection of hotels to customer is terrible😤😡

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, it’s busy and loud with lots of things happening. It was too crowded to take our infant son out to explore at night. We opted for to eat at the hotel.

Only book if you're a very deep sleeper!
The room was ok, quite spacious but the bed was not particularly comfortable. The bathroom was very old-looking with the toilet seat hanging off and rust around hinges etc. However, the big issue was that we could not sleep. There is a karaoke bar on the rooftop and the karaoke went on until 2am! Our room was nowhere near the rooftop yet we could hear every word being sung. When you book a hotel room, you want to sleep- if we wanted to go to a karaoke bar, we would do. We love going out and enjoy karaoke but not at 2am in a hotel. I called reception at 1am trying to ask if they knew where the noise was coming from and they said they'd ask them to turn the music down but that definitely didn't happen.

There’s some baby roaches in the bathroom and where the tea pot was located…there’s no hot water most of the time…. Lots of mildew around the shower walls…

I kind of regretted booking at this hotel. They only provided 2 bath towels, not even a towel to dry your feet. And the shower stall is so disappointing old. This hotel is poorly maintained. The free breakfast is fine. The staffs are great though, courteous and respectful…

the room is dirty and smelly. Cockroach running around the room. Maybe this is a old building, But good to do some cleaning. Staff are kind and helpful. They did not make up my room on the second day.

Booked at this hotel because my flight was canceled due to the typhoon. No electricity all over Cebu and this was one of the few hotels that had a working generator. The staff was very accommodating, but considering the influx of people they were a bit overwhelmed in handling customer queries

the ambience of the room is comfy, however everything else is a bit expensive, from room service fee, corkage, etc. you have to buy everything from them, you can't bring any food outside from their restaurant, the place is situated in the heart of the City, but its besides a memorial center, everything else is okay

Over-all my stay was good. Checked in and out was quick. The room was a bit small but the bed was great. Staff were very respectful, pleasant, and always smiling. Kudos to them. Food was good considering it’s a 3 star hotel. Will stay again. Thank you.

The room i booked is for 4 people, the room is tiny for 4 and they will give you extra mattress that fits 1 person. The room is not child friendly , a small kid can reach the locks of the door (even the on the top) The bathroom is not child friendly either ( even for adults you should be extra careful specially after shower/bath) the bath tub is too high to hop in, you will have to squeeze in yourself on the very side of the tub to be able to get in cause there is this glass partition covering almost most part of the tub. cleaning is not consistent. Sometimes they just change the towels and wont mind throwing empty plastics.

The hotel check in was fast and easy the reception staff were friendly and efficient with excellent customer service the welcome drink was an unexpected suprice my cases taken to room. By the porter who showed me how to work the the TV and air con the room was spotless... Quality bedding comfy bed and quality pillows. Hot water for shower. Good quality toiletrys. Nice touch from reception a call to see if everything OK and I was settled in OK the meals were excellent. Hot and tastey all the staff were fantastic nothing was to much trouble

Staff was courteous and helpful, great selection of delicious foods and desserts at the on-site restaurant, and location was close to many stores/shops and attractions (some walkable). The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hotel provided many amenities and toiletries. We would definitely stay here again!

Value Hotel
Fantastic value hotel. The hot water was a bit of an issue and while the bathroom floors were clean, white tile doesn’t age well. However the staff is courteous and service was very good.

The room itself was okay. The big thing that I didn't like was that you had to put your room keycard into a little holder on the wall, to turn on the power to the room. While I'm sure it was designed to save them on electricity by making sure that you turned off everything when you left the room, it doesn't take into consideration that one or more people may decide to stay in the room. And no, leaving the keycard in the room wasn't an option, because you had to swipe it in the elevator in order to select your floor. Additionally, it took a while to get hot water for the shower, the hallways were to hot and the only drink that came with the breakfast was coffee. That's okay if you're a coffee drinker, but for me and my kids, we had to pay extra for other drinks.

Would have liked it more if not for night club
This hotel has nice rooms and a great cultural experience for Cebu. Unfortunately, it has a night club that goes until 2pm and open air lobbies which means that you hear the music even louder. Great location and close to popular tourist attractions. Breakfast was ok. Front door personnel were friendly and helpful. Wifi was good as well.

Not your best option. The first night they didn't have a complimentary water. Crummy location and very dark at night. Forget about taxis on weekends.
