In regards to the sound isolation in the room, we are very sorry to hear that you were so bothered. We treat your comment with utmost seriousness and priority and assure that measures will be taken to address this. Please know that being in the downtown area and in heart of so much city activity has many many advantages, but at some times some disadvantages as well. At times, some external noise in some areas of the hotel is unfortunately unavoidable, and in an effort to address this we have upgraded the sound proofing in most of our rooms, and will ensure that guests requesting such from now on will be prioritized to stay in our rooms furthest from outside goings on. We are hopeful that this would not hinder your intentions to return as we would like to have the opportunity to witness our improvement on these matters and welcome you back in the future.
