The a/c was very loud. Hot water didn't last long. The bed sheets was rough. They charge for using the gym. Wasn't easy access to IT Park.

The pool & the gym is a good addition to this hotel to enjoy. I do not like that the hotel is hard to find. A few drivers does not know where it is as the entrance is kind of hidden from the busy roadway. The floor needing some fixing of broken tiles in the hallway toward the hotel room but the staffs are friendly and hotel is clean. Even the security guards are friendly. The guards calls a taxi for you to insure that you are safe as they write the plate numbers before you leave.

First room air-conditioner didn't work at all. Second room aircon barely worked...it took several hours to cool down. TV channels didn't work...audio but no video. Door wouldn't lock. When I was in the room the chain worked but when I left the room briefly I couldn't lock the door leaving my valuables inside unprotected. Wifi did work.

Great Hotel but the day I was there no WIFI was available in the room. Had use WIFI in the lobby which is very noisy from the GYM inside. The noise is mainly from the GYM members which really should not be hanging around the lobby!

This hotel is just as advertised and very clean and quiet. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast at the cafe is a great way to start the day before a taxi ride to work or shopping. Great dining is available a short walk away at Cafe George. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip!

The hotel is good, there is no not water, although the weather was hot for me it was ok to have cold shower, over all it was good for the prize I have paid for my stay at holiday spa hotel

The hotel was overall good. Big comfy bed, good worling a/c, good location. Down side was a nightclub next to the hotel tgat had music you could hear in the rooms and hallway till late night. The pool is nice but its usually filled with gym guests swimming laps so it was hard to enjoy. They have a hotel policy of if you leave you are supposed to leave the room key with the front desk. After i did that 3 times and not once got asked for any identification for getting my room key i stopped.

I'm not real hard to please and I am willing to stay in a lower level hotel as long as its comfortable and safe. The Holiday Spa actually turned out to be even better than I expected. The lobby is a good start with a gym, outdoor pool, spa , salon and cafe. The staff was polite and the room very spacious. My only draw backs were that the mattress was extremely firm and I prefer a softer one and that there is not much around without going about 1/2 mile to a mall or store. Not too far, but nothing in proximity. Still, I would stay again if I go to Cebu.

Hotel is in area where you have to drive a distance for everything you want to do. They charge you for everything and very expensive to what other locals charge for same or better. If cant find a hotel to book this one will be fine but reccomend get something in lapu lapu area
