The one thing I love about this property has its own kitchen,wide space,very clean, everything that you need is there I will definetly coming back again.

Clean, spacious and modern. Staff were friendly. Walking distance to Ayala, I.T. park and SM Cebu. One of the better choices in this price range.

Great Location , Great Staff
My wife and I were in town for business. The Hotel was very clean , quiet , affordable and the staff was very accommodating. Also it was surprising centrally located . A few minutes away from the Cebu IT Park, Malls , Magellan's Cross and the U.S consulate.

The property is in a neighborhood that will shock you if it is your first time in the Philippines. But after a few days, I realized it was safe. Just keep your wits about you. The property has 24/7 security. It is an amazing stay and I highly recommend staying here if you can get a reservation.

1. Another electrical outlet is needed on the counter in the kitchen area. The only outlet was on the left side of the sink. We had to move the microwave over there and then put the tea/coffee maker on top of the microwave. Meanwhile, there was a completely empty space on the right side because of no outlet. 2. There should be a light over the mirror in the bathroom, as the lighting is behind where a person stands, creating shadows. 3. The tiles slope away from the bathroom drain causing water to overflow onto the bathroom floor. A curtain should also be added to the open area to keep the floor from getting wet from splashing. The splashing also wets the toilet paper on the roll. 4. There should be a lamp between the beds.

customer service is superb! staff specifically the receptionist who assisted us from check-in to check-out. she always made sure everything is well. as for the property, although it is barely completed the whole unit itself is clean, noise-free and most of all secured.
