The staff is friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk to Ayala Mall. The first room we stayed in was good except that the shower drainage was slow and overflowed into the toilet and sink area. We extended our stay and the second room had no real issues. The reasturant has a nice breakfast buffet and regular menu options. The buffet was rather expensive at P700 for 2 people, but the menu option is more reasonable. Would recommend and stay again.

Staff is nice Wifi didn't work above 5th floor on any device (i was on 6th floor) Areas of the room wouldn't look very clean, they would make it look nicer but you would still find dust and unclean areas

It's an okay value. They could definitely improve
We stayed for 2 weeks in a deluxe room. It was alright. There was a cockroach in the room when we first got there but suprisingly that was the only one we saw in 2 weeks. The breakfast was okay, the women service people at the breakfast buffet were attentive and did their job well. Pros: location (in an alley but 10-15 minute walk to Ayala mall), pretty easy to hail a taxi cab at this location, the deluxe room was nice enough, hot water in the shower was consistent and the fridge worked. Cons: service can be slow and inconsistent but we are in the phillipines, breakfast options were pretty limited and imagine eating the same food for 2 weeks, the television service was down for about 2 or 3 days of our 2 week stay, the safety deposit box stopped working randomly one day so I no longer trusted it. Other notes: Wifi was meh, breakfast buffet could be better and should vary from day to day instead of nearly the same food, if someone pays 500 pesos to extend their check out time and has stayed at your hotel for 2 weeks you shouldn't try to charge them 35 pesos for a bottle of water and not allow for a change in towels or bedding. Although this hotel is a decent value, I feel they don't look at the big picture here. If you have someone tipping staff, and giving your hotel 850 USD to stay a few weeks and want their business again someday, don't nitpick small things. Will I stay here again? Maybe but it's unlikely now.

A good stay!
Azia was a perfect place to stay if you are after a clean and comfortable place to stay without having to put a dent in your bank account. Service was quick and staff are nice and always smiling. I would definitely stay here again.

Showing it's age a little bit. The staff are very good and friendly. It's located just 10 minutes walk from Ayala center. Wifi speed was ok. The best part was the hot stone massage I got in the room from a small, chubby lady - 1000piso for 1,5 hours.

Worth the money!
This hotel is a hidden gem! It is definitely worth the price. Although the rooms are a bit small, they are clean and well maintained. The restaurant in the hotel is great and so is the staff! The hotel also offers in-room massages! I would highly recommend this place!

Clean room, small, but nice shower. Power shuts off when out of room, so it’s always hot for an hour or so when you come back to room. Clean, decent price

For low cost accomodation this ticks all the boxes. Not the best location but only 10-15min walk to shop and Ayala Mall- good shopping and restaurants.

Nice Hotel in a Good Neighborhood
The hotel was affordable, clean and more than adequate for our needs. I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and movie channels. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. The hotel is very close to food, malls, transportation and interesting sites.

Upstairs restaurant was never opened even though they promote deals on their website for it. The one restaurant that is open on the second floor is mismanaged. As I arrived, all the other guests were all complaining about the orders. I ordered steamed vegetables...STEAMED vegetables and the waitress told me 45 minutes later that it would be 15 minutes and asked if I still wanted them?!?! what were they doing for the last 45 minutes...Room service is from 6am to 10pm but I called at 9pm and they said that they weren't taking anymore orders. Hotel is cheap but that never means it should lack basic customer service.

Let me clarify on our Operating hours on our Restaurant: 2nd Floor Café Lazat will be opened from 6:00AM to 10:00PM, Room Service as well will be done by this hour. Our 9th Floor restaurant was temporarily closed for some reasons. I know the above is a convenient excuse and we really feel that we could have done our best to serve but failed. Admittedly we were remiss on many points like the restaurant that was never opened and other guests complaining about the orders as you said that this should not be happened At any rate, we would like to thank you for the forthright comments and for giving us a chance to improve on our service and facilities. We are addressing your concerns and we hope to be given another chance to serve you better in the near future.

Great Stay
This hotel is located at cebu city - around 15 - 20 mins walk to the malls. Enjoyed my stay there over a period of 7 days. the hotel is clean and relatively new. good water pressure on the shower too. the breakfast selection maybe limited but the quality is higher than my expectations considering the price of the stay. the front office staffs are pleasant and helpful. basically this is a no fuss hotel with basic amenities (you'll have to request for hair dryer - not sure about water heater though).

The best value for money that I know in cebu
Hotel n staff perfect. Appreciate quietness n comfortable beds n mattress. Already made many positive reviews. Only things. That can be improved : breakfast, lift a bit slow, and some staff chit chatting close to doors or making noise at 8 or 9am (a problem for me working online during the night...) So a 9+/10

Perfect value for money...
Everything ok especially the quietness of room due to double glass windows. But staff should be more respectful of people still sleeping at 8am instead of using walkie-talkie or chit-chatting around rooms. Avoid breakfast (limited choice, dishes not warm but cold, etc..) For the rest, everything perfect..

One of the few quiet hotels.. High value for money
The first hotel I have seen in Asia w double glass windows in rooms.. makes them very quiet. One can sleep very late... even nap in afternoon.. I love it.. Location is perfect...one can go to Ayala mall and Mango area walking there.. distance around 1km.. 10 mns walk. Rooms are modern (new hotel), large enough, well designed, bed n mattress very good, curtains make it dark in room, everything perfectly clean. They understood that an hotel is..for sleeping ! For the money, it is a 10/10. Only missing a fridge. Staff is very friendly, helpful, guest-friendly, professional (not so common) at every level. No sw pool or gym n n hotel, but I have heard it could be in the plans. Room service food just ok.. but breakfast really not worth of it, especially at 350 pesos (7$): very limited choice, dishes cold, etc.. Globally, in this price range, this is THE hotel you should choose in Cebu.. The best value for money in Cebu.. I have tried quite some others before...

STRICT! EVENT GUEST/S BECOME UNHAPPY!
My partner and I stayed for 2 nights. On our first night we check in around 7pm cause were all the way from tagbilaran. The lady in front office is very welcoming with her warm smile. She also did mention to us our welcome drinks that we can able to get at second flr. But no chance at all to get it. We are dead tired from our 3days trip in bohol. The moment we came inside the room we already notice the stinky smell of the room. But we don’t bother to complain and ask for room replacement. The next day we woke up so early to catch the early trip going kawasan. The whole day we are not in the hotel room and the moment we cameback they don’t even do clean service at our room. Towels are still from yesterday. Rubbish bins has not been collect. The next morning we get up early for our early flight going to Boracay. Upon check out they asked us to wait a little while to check our room. Then to my surprised they ask me to pay for the stained on the bedsheet. Bedsheet stained accidentally because I had my period the next day. Not intentionally and its not that much. A lil bit swatch on the bedsheet. FYI! They don’t even explained that to us upon checking in! They totally ruined everything! Not just my mood! The wholeday I was whinnying!

As to our Housekeeping’s failure to make up your room, please be rest assured that appropriate action has been taken to ensure that this does not happen again to our valued guest. We are sorry that you have to go through with our Hotel Standards, which we have to check the rooms when guests are checking out and charges apply for stain linens, rest assured our staff were only following policies and procedure of the hotel. Given another free room upgrade which was nice! everything was good except for the breakfast buffet.. the servers took too long in refilling foods that are already consumed...
