"The motorcycles at night were INCREDIBLY loud! We couldn't talk on the balcony, couldn't hear the TV, and didn't get to sleep for 3 hours. We will probably be looking for a different place to stay when in Panama City from now on (or until we're notified that the issue has been resolved)."

We had a smoke alarm that decided to chirp in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not available so I was able to get a battery from the front desk and changed it myself.
