"Room was clean but if you want clean service you need to request it also for shampoo refills. Pool and jacuzzi was great we used every day! Rooms needs upgrades but for the price I can’t complain I felt like on a camping having balcony next to me friends and pool on front. I would stay again. Thank You! "

"Right in the center of everything. This is an older style inn which suited us fine. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and well appointed. The inside courtyard provided a communal space to sit and relax, read or have a quick bite. This is by the main street but the rooms don't face directly on it so are fairly quiet but you do get some noise. Overall a great place to stay."

"My family (2 adults 2 children) and I stayed at the Cottonwood Best Western hotel during our Spring Break (April 6-10). We loved the convenience of the location being only a short drive (about 25 minutes and no traffic) to Uptown Sedona. The included free breakfast was definitely one of the factors we took into consideration when choosing our lodging and we’re glad we chose this hotel!
