"We stayed for a week. It was a good option for the price. Stayed on the ground floor and could hear what sounded like a herd of elephants above us for hours on end (it turned out to be human children) The floors are obviously very thin and not soundproof. Breakfast was great. Grounds were lovely. And the Heathley Arms Pub across the car park was wonderful for lunch and dinner options. "

"Hotel is being renovated at moment so rooms are basic but was in right location to visit o2 academy . Check in guy was lovely, car park aswell so suited our needs for one night."

"Good comfortable rooms and great size. Location was easy and breakfast was tasty. Had a some minor issues with TV, shower and sink - but these were sorted out by the staff and maintenance member quickly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"This is never a 4 star hotel! I was really disappointed, Expedia said breakfast was included but they don’t even serve breakfast. Waited 20 minutes in the morning to check out and no one was in reception. Another lady also checked out and said her room smelled of smoke and didn’t feel safe in the hotel. The lady when checking in was really nice and accommodating but the hotel itself was really poor! I think it’s more of a 2 star hotel and I won’t stay there again. "
